C-FRAME is the brainchild of Steve Cook, a Construction professional from New Zealand with more than 20 years industry experience.
Steve has partnered up with the School of Engineering and Advanced Technology at Massey University and in conjunction with Winstone Wallboards have perfected the company's flagship design of the same name, the C-FRAME.
This original idea, born out of frustration, has evolved to the point where the C-FRAME is seen as a fully coordinated, time, and money saving frame that takes the 'human error' factor out of how service penetrations through fire walls are addressed.
A simple, practical solution to a real world problem, the C-FRAME brings a common sense approach to the coordination, installation, monitoring and compliance of service penetrations between Fire Cells in Commercial buildings.

Costs across all facets of the Construction Industry are running rampant starting with the cost of design, compliance, through to the unforeseen and unexpected scenarios that cause delays during the build phase of a project. All these costs put pressure on Contractors which in turn contributes to the Human error factor, something that is not acceptable when it comes to Fire Control. The last thing anyone wants to contemplate is the cost of human life, the C-FRAME was designed to ensure that this vitally important area of the build process is undertaken to a level not seen before.

The C-FRAME design is a giant leap forward in making the overwhelming need of effective fire protection a reality.
The C-FRAME was designed in part to take all the hard work out of the designing, specifying and delivery, creating a clear path for all parties involved. As a consequence this saves time on planning and executing of extra works, along with providing simplistic policing and ease of Compliance Inspections. The C-FRAME design is project specific which means we offer to consult on the planning and coordination of the buildings services and subsequent Passive Fire requirements from the outset, at design phase. As this is a simple system the consultation is also kept simple – reducing the time both architects and specifiers will need to spend on this area of the build. We will assist with a design that will make life easier for tendering these works right through to the sign off by the regulatory bodies.
We work closely with Architects, Fire and Acoustic Engineers to ensure ease of flow, installation and above all compliance. The initial consultancy service is free and as simple to arrange as making contact.
